The VBI LOG Extrema is an industrial park located in the city of Extrema, Minas Gerais, with a facade and direct access to the Fernão Dias Highway. Completion dates: G7 (2010), G20, G30, and G40 (2017), G20A (2019), and Docks warehouse G7 (2020/2021).

Land measuring 469,257.11 m². It has a total built area of 124,062.15 m². It is currently occupied by various tenants, consisting of a complex of modular warehouses named G7, G20, G20A, G30, and G40, an administrative area, security gate, truck driver support facility, reservoir, primary cabin, generators, machine room, and a vehicle yard.
