This is a corporate building consisting of a single tower that is 120 meters tall with 26 floors, including a ground floor, mezzanine, and standard floors with an average of 1,344 m². One of the project’s differentiators is the design of five above-ground parking floors, in addition to the mezzanine, making the 1st floor correspond to the 7th floor, which provides a privileged view of the region. The building holds a LEED Gold Green Building certification and a double-A (AA) classification.
