The Vivace Residence Club residential development, consisting of 570 units, was developed on an area of 23,119 m² in a middle-class locality in Maringá, Paraná. The project involves the construction of 5 towers, each with 19 floors, distributed in two distinct phases. This initiative is the result of a partnership between VBI and Graúna, a local construction company based in Paraná.
