This development is an industrial and logistics park. Phase 1 is currently under construction and includes built-to-suit (BTS) facilities for Mercado Livre (Meli) and CEVA. Additional warehouse buildings are planned for future phases.
The project will have a total gross built area of 79,362.31 m² upon completion.
