Built by Tishman, the project was developed in 1989 by architects Alberto Botti and Marc Rubin, with landscaping designed by the Burle Marx firm. The building has $277,446.18\text{ m}^2$ of built area and is integrated with Shopping Nações Unidas. Currently, Pátria Investimentos holds $61,810\text{ m}^2$ of leasable area in the development, which has a Class A rating.
