For this development in Araucária, Paraná, featuring 77,576.60 m² of warehouse space, 103,960 m² of vehicle yard area, and 600,000 m³ of earthworks, completed in 12 months, EQC provided technical due diligence, cost assessment, and construction monitoring and control. Even under adverse weather conditions, the project was delivered in accordance with the defined technical parameters, schedule, and scope.

The complexity of the system required specific soil preparation and adaptation of the technology to local conditions, which led this stage to be carried out during the project’s early phases.
