Edition #05 2025 | Consolidated Relationships and Consistent Technical Management
2025 was a year of consolidation. EQC Engenharia expanded its team, strengthened its technical expertise, and added new projects and sectors to its portfolio.
In December, this progress was reflected in participation in technical forums, the delivery and advancement of significant projects, the constant presence of teams in the field — monitoring, documenting, and guiding each stage — and the consolidation of management and approval processes.
The year came to a close with a stronger structure and projects carried out in close collaboration with clients and partners, reinforcing relationships built on technical excellence, process clarity, and alignment throughout execution.
Continuous Updates as the Foundation for Decision-Making
In December, EQC Engenharia attended two leading industry events: the 13th AACE International Meeting, focused on Cost Engineering, and the PMI® Summit 2025, the country’s premier Project Management event. Contracts, technology, operational efficiency, risk management, artificial intelligence, sustainability, and new success metrics were among the topics discussed.
Participation in these events reinforces our commitment to continuous technical development and to the practical application of leading industry practices across the projects we manage.
Applied knowledge is what keeps methodology under constant validation.
Efficiency Built on Clear Processes
The structured use of the @monday.com platform has consolidated important advances in internal management. Automated workflows, document traceability, intelligent alerts, and integration across teams have reduced rework, organized information, and increased the predictability of day-to-day routines.
When applied effectively, technology strengthens governance and supports faster, more secure decision-making, maintaining control even in highly complex projects.
Efficiency is intelligence applied consistently.
Technical Control That Translates into Delivery
In December, we delivered the Sanca Miracema development in São Bernardo do Campo, with technical management carried out through structured organization, continuous monitoring, and full alignment with the project plan. We also continued to advance the CLO 2 and CLO 3 projects, maintaining rigorous control over scope, budget, quality, risks, and schedule.
At the same time, approvals management reinforced its strategic role by organizing regulatory workflows, anticipating potential obstacles, and ensuring that each stage progresses in compliance with technical and legal requirements.
Excellence in management allows construction to move forward without surprises.
Approvals as Part of the Project Strategy
Managing approvals involves planning, monitoring the critical path, and clearly documenting each decision. Regular meetings, recorded minutes, and updated schedules ensure traceability and technical assurance throughout the entire process.
Approvals management maintains predictability and helps prevent unnecessary impacts on schedules and costs.
Paladin Realty Brasil + EQC Engenharia
We were on-site alongside Paladin Realty Brasil for a Technical Visit. The developments combine mixed-use concepts, high technical standards, and strategic, prime locations, requiring precise coordination among teams and construction work fronts.
The visit focused on monitoring progress across project stages, reinforcing alignment, and ensuring that quality, safety, and technical control are maintained throughout every phase of the project.
Presence is not excessive control. It is responsibility in action
People, Culture, and Continuity
We closed out the year by celebrating the EQC team. The year-end gathering reflects the sense of belonging and collaboration built over time. It is our people who apply the methodology every day, turning planning into results and results into trust.
Developing, integrating, and maintaining aligned teams is an essential part of the company’s sustainability and the consistency of its project delivery.
Investing in people means ensuring continuity.
Closing Cycles Is Also Part of Management
At the end of 2025, we would like to express our appreciation to the clients, partners, and professionals who worked alongside us throughout the year. Each project reinforced the importance of well-founded decisions, clear processes, and technical responsibility.
We move into 2026 with the same direction: organizing complexity, supporting decision-making, and ensuring safe, efficient deliveries aligned with the objectives of each development.
